1: The entire venue provides a one-year warranty. Some products come with a three-year warranty, and after-sales service can be directly converted into cash! (Excluding chassis and mechanical keyboard!)

2: The warranty period is calculated based on the order time

3: Within 7 days after receipt, if the product is not satisfactory, a return service can be provided, and the buyer shall bear the shipping costs incurred. (Note: If the outer packaging is damaged, contaminated, or if the accessories are incomplete, no return service will be provided.)

4: Within 15 days after receipt, if the product is not satisfactory, an exchange service can be provided, and the buyer shall bear the shipping costs incurred. (Note: If the outer packaging is damaged, contaminated, or if the accessories are incomplete, no exchange service will be provided.)

5: The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of all after-sales items, including those received on the same day with quality issues

The following situations are not covered by the warranty:

Delivery time of dedicated logistics:

The arrival time of major cities is about 5-8 days, and that of Northeast China, Xinjiang/Xizang or other remote areas may be about 8-16 days. One transit city and each county town. The arrival time will also exceed 10 days. The second or third transfer to the county town may take more than 20 days. If customers urgently need the product, please choose express shipping. To avoid wasting your valuable time.

Dedicated logistics transportation cost:

The starting price for neighboring cities is 10-20 yuan per box. In Northeast China, as well as in Xinjiang/Xizang or other remote areas, it starts at 30 yuan per box. The starting price for transit cities and county towns is 30 yuan per box. The cost of the large box is calculated separately.
