2、 Ordering process:

1. Product design and drawing confirmation: When customizing products, customers need to provide specific requirements such as design drawings, quantities, specifications, surface treatment processes, packaging, etc. It is recommended that customers provide design source files such as AI/CDR/PDF. If there is a lack of original design, clearer pictures can also be provided;

2. Product quotation and price confirmation: Our company provides a quotation based on the above product information;

3. Mold opening: After both parties determine the price, the customer pays the mold fee. Our company produces product renderings for customer confirmation. Before the formal mold opening, customers can provide modification suggestions to adjust the mold opening plan.

4. Sample production: Sample production is generally completed within 7-9 days, depending on the complexity of product design and process;

5. Confirm sample: Our company will provide the sample to the customer for confirmation;

6. Placing an order and product production: When the customer confirms the sample order, they need to pay 30% of the total order amount as a deposit for the production of the product. Our company will produce the bulk according to the confirmed sample;

7. Production completion and shipment: After all products are produced, the customer pays the remaining 70% of the order balance, and our company arranges shipment to complete a pleasant cooperation.
