We are constantly improving the photography effect, but due to differences in camera and monitor parameters, lighting, and other factors, it is still difficult to avoid color differences between the actual product and the photo. Therefore, please refer to the color of the actual product.

Return and Refund Policy

1、 The following situations are eligible for returns and exchanges

1. If the product is damaged, sent incorrectly (color, style, etc.), missed, heavily stained, or severely damaged, and cannot be sold, you can apply for a return or exchange. When applying for a return or exchange, please be sure to take photos first and contact our customer service personnel for negotiation and handling. If our company determines that it is indeed a quality issue, the shipping cost incurred will be borne by our company. Our company refuses to accept the delivered goods. 5. There is a difference between the colors of previous and subsequent shipments. Because each batch is different, it is difficult to ensure that the color of the product is the same as that of a batch.
