1. Customer service is available from Monday to Saturday from 08:00 to 21:00. For inquiries during other times, please leave a message and we will reply to you as soon as we are online.

Transaction method

For customers with large quantities or who require customization, they can directly place an order for payment online, or contact the merchant to negotiate and draft relevant payment agreements.

If you need to understand the product first, you can directly take a sample or contact customer service for consultation.

Express delivery

1. Express delivery for small quantities (default Zhongtong), official direct delivery for large quantities, depending on the situation.

2. If you have any other special requirements, please contact customer service for a note. Payment made before 5:00 pm on the same day can generally be shipped on the same day.

After sales standards

1. After receiving the product, it can be returned or exchanged within 7 days without any reason. The merchant is not responsible for the round-trip shipping cost under any circumstances except for quality issues. Customized products (including dissatisfaction with the product, human damage, etc.) cannot be returned.
