GoByLife (“the Platform”) is a cross-border e-commerce platform for Chinese products, supporting multiple international logistics solutions. The Platform is operated by Kunming Xunyan Network Technology Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

2. Positioning & Scope of Services

2.1 Positioning
The Platform is positioned as a cross-border e-commerce marketplace for Chinese products (non-daig, connecting Chinese merchants/suppliers with overseas consumers and buyers through merchant onboarding, compliant supply-chain cooperation, and logistics integration.

2.2 Users
The Platform serves, without limitation:
(1) overseas individual consumers;
(2) overseas wholesale buyers and corporate purchasers;
(3) onboarded merchants, suppliers, and partners;
(4) third-party service providers (logistics, payments, warehousing, customs clearance, after-sales, etc.).

2.3 Services
Subject to actual availability, the Platform may provide and/or integrate:
(1) product listing, search, ordering, payment, and order management;
(2) ship
(3) cross-border after-sales coordination (returns/exchanges, dispute handling, customer support);
(4) merchant onboarding, product publishing, marketing tools, and analytics;
(5) compliance support (declaration reminders, rule guidance);

5. Merchant Compliance

Merchants must hold lawful qualifications, comply with Platform rules and applicable laws, ensure product authenticity and non-infringement, and meet export/import compliance requirements. The Platform may take actions against violations, including delisting, restriction, suspension/termination, risk control, and cooperation with regulators.

The Platform values transaction security and user experience and may provide customer service, dispute handling, reviews, and after-sales coordination. Cross-border after-sales standards may differ from local e-commerce; final rules follow Platform policies and merchants’ after-sales terms.

7. Intellectual Property

Platform content (layout, UI, text, images, trademarks, logos, and data) is legally protected. Unauthorized copying, scraping, mirroring, or commercial use is prohibited. Uploaders are responsible for ensuring their content does not infringe third-party rights.

8. Data & Privacy

The Platform processes and protects data in accordance with applicable laws and its privacy policy. Users should review and agree to related privacy and security rules.

9. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for:
(1) service interruption/delay due to force majeure or third parties;
(2) changes in timing/cost caused by customs inspection, policy updates, or carrier restrictions;
(3) losses arising from third-party merchants’ misrepresentation or defective fulfillment (the Platform will coordinate dispute handling);
(4) clearance failure/return/penalties due to inaccurate user-provided information.

This statement may be updated due to business or regulatory changes. Updates take effect upon publication unless stated otherwise. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
